RETURNS:

We hope you love your purchase from Cloud Nine Gems. However, if you change your mind, you can return your item, unworn and in its original packaging, within 28 days for either an exchange or gift voucher. If the item is an unwanted gift, a Cloud Nine Gems gift voucher will be issued, providing that the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Should your purchase be faulty, we will request photos of the items for feedback for our suppliers. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery.
